Game visuals broken and I don't know what to do

so basically my screen has colored trianles that follow the colors of cerinthings on thje screen and the are flashing constanly and its extremly annoying and I dont know what ot do iv tryed everything from v synce and other things and no avail I have a picture to so you can kinda see the problem with fraps runnign as well

It sounds like its either a display or GPU problem, but I'm struggling to see what the issue is looking at that picture.

You can find out which by using a different display with the computer. If this resolves it, it's the display that's the problem. If it remains with another display, it suggests the GPU is a problem.
