Games random stuttering and lag

    just recently ive been playing games, and for a bit now, in the middle of the game i will just start stuttering for a few minutes...then it goes all perfect again..

    Is it possible that you are running backgroud tasks or a virus scan?
    Cause that can "stutter" a system as you say!
