  1. is a Intel Core i3 dual core i3-2100 procceser with a Processor speed of 3.1GHz., with 8gb of ram suitable for basic gaming(games like WoW and Minecraft)?

    Moving on... what graphics card do you plan on using?

    an 512mb ATI Radeon HD 4350 PCI-E Graphics Card

    Not a gaming GPU. If you want a good card for the price, I would get a hd 5770 or 6770 or if you want to go a bit deeper then the 6850 or 6870. What PSU are you planning to use?

    Whatever you want.
    You'll probably end up turning it low.
