Gateway 506R won't boot

Ok here is the problem,Ill do my best to discribe it easy. Ok I have a Gateway 506R. When I plus it in only the motherboard light and power supply light turns on I can hear a noise from the power supply a faint buzz.It will not boot up.I also uplugged the power button wires and lights.I do not know what configure to put them in on the pins.Please someone help.Also this may be wierd but before all this happened I had to literally get my cell phone put it close to the processor and make a call in order for it to boot.It was acting like it needed to be charged up or something.
