GeForce 310M problem -- integrated graphics?

How would I be able to know if I'm running on my onboard graphics (Intel HD) or my video card (GeForce 310M)?

*Edit* Specs:
Intel® Core™ i3 Processor 330M : 2.4 GHz
Mobile Intel® HM55 Express Chipset
4GB DDR3 1066 MHz SDRAM
nVidia GeForce 310M (1GB)
