Genuine, Activated Win 7, Will Not Update to Win 10

I have a genuine certified, and activated copy of Win 7 on a computer that meets all hardware criteria for Win 10 upgrade. I do not get the little icon in the tray, and have had no luck upgrading to Win 10. Any suggestions?

Did you try the Microsoft Media creation tool that you can download? It should handle the upgrade for you and activate Windows 10 afterwards.
