Ghost restore

I am attempting to restore a ghosted harddrive (windows) my server, I right click on the ghost and hit restore. We complete my properties count does not match. Any suggestions would be welcom

So you trying to restore your harddrive, what u have to do is insert a ghost boot floppy which u can create in ghost utilities, so insert it then restart your pc , with a disk inside , ull get a ghost screen, saying welcome bla bla bla bla, then u chose where you want to restore the file from and where,

srry for askign a stupid question but whats a file count ?
