So i just got myself a GigaByte GA-8IK1100 motherboard, but my PC3200 RAM doesn't come in until late. Can I put my old PC2100 RAM in there with no harm?

There will be no harm putting a PC2100, it will just run at its default speed 266MHz. Its just like placing a 4x AGP card into your mobo when 8X is suppported.
