Whats the maxium temperature threshold of the GIgabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H Northbridge Chipset?

The heatsink is badly designed and of course they have the Rev. 1.1 coming soon but i already bought the Rev. 1.0.

Reason i'm asking is because my temperatures sit at 80-85 Celcius at Idle and 90-100 Celcius at Load.

    Thanks in advance,
    Tim

Way too hot, even for Gigabyte. I suspect your reader is out of whack. Try a different method to test the temperature, such as a thermal gun... or another device entwined with the processor. After all, you can boil water in another 20 degrees.
