giving error " lsass.exe , object not found ".

Hi,
One of my Windows system is giving the following error..
"giving error " lsass.exe , object not found ".

I have done the following for rectify this..but not working.
I checked in safemode , safe mode with command prompt , but every time its giving same error.As i found m/c is infected by sasser virus

Kindly provide a solution for that..
