  1. Google has announced a new version of Google Talk with video and voice chat for Android 2.3 (codenamed Gingerbread) devices. The new app lets you video or voice chat over a 3G data network, a 4G data network, or over Wi-Fi. The other person can be either using a compatible Android tablet or phone, or using Gmail with Google Talk on their computer.

Nice.... Really about time. Now I'm hoping I can get it with Darky's Rom v10.0 when it releases on my Galaxy S :D

I'd assume that CDMA users are still out of luck until SVDO is more widely rolled out? It would be nice to know how well the HTC Thunderbolt works after the update.

HATE to point this out, since I'm Team Android all the way and Apple can go straight to hell for all I care but......but....isn't this feature already natively supported on iPhone 4?
