    It already provides pretty much the same what google does, it is more of a case of people using the later out of habit iMO. Hence, it is probably a personal choice over substantial differences.

    Google is the father of all search engines. Google need not worry about Bing.

    Yeah!! Bing is not yet developed as is Google. It will take time to Bing to rub shoulders with Google. So till then Google should not worry at all.
