Can you Believe a bunch thieves? I mean they are doing it without having any sort of permission from the concerned people / owners of wi-fi.

Well, not necessarily so... many others were doing the same thing because there was no established procedure.

I know, infact many individuals are / were involved in such activities as well. But the point is Google 'do bad things as well', so the perception of people have to be realistic as such.
