Google should give everyone the "pay $20 per month for a Chromebook" option they would sell a ton of them. Just set it up so people end up owning the laptop after a set number of months at $20 and away you go.
A Chromebook would be even cheaper and possibly better from a graphical point of view if they used AMD instead of Intel.Just a suggestion..
