    Where's the kick-back?

    I have serious doubts as to the motive of whoever is behind "the government wants to make changes that would force search engines to have to pay a fee to publishers for using news excerpts."

    What has caused this proposal?
    I would be looking at what ties to said "publishers" the original voice of this proposition has?

    Would be akin to Rupert Murdoch being a member of parliament suddenly proposing this bill
  4. If it hurts google enough google can just pull out of germany. Doesn't Germany still have youtube blocked anyways?
