  1. Hello,

Whenever I click on a google link, it redirects to something else, and I cannot install the programs suggested in the 8 step process. I have downloaded all of the .exe files, but malwarebytes and hijackthis simply close down after I select Run, and superantispyware gives an error report after I select run. Thanks so much for any help.

    Update:

I was able to install the three programs, but Superantispyware gives an error when I try to open it and Malwarebytes simply will not open at all. Hijackthis was working and I have attached the log. Thanks!

    Hello Cetona

I´ll suggest we try combofix ->

    Please download Combofix:
    http://subs.geekstogo.com/ComboFix.exe

Or rightclick on the link -> Save as

And save to the desktop. << Save it as mike. exe

    Close all other browser windows.

Please connect all your external hard drive/flash drive before running Combofix, if you have any

Double-click on the combofix icon found on your desktop.

Please note, that once you start combofix you should not click anywhere on the combofix window as it can cause the program to stall. In fact, when combofix is running, do not touch your computer at all and just take a break as it may take a while for it to complete.

When finished, it will produce a logfile located at C:\combofix.txt.

Attach the contents of that log in your next reply.
