Google redirect and some sites won't connect

Hi, i seem to be having a problem with google where whenever i click on a search result it takes me to a different webpage, normally an advert or ebay search.

Also certain sites won't connect on my laptop but will connect on my home pc. Ive found that these only tend to be download links for security software. E.g i was unable to download the 2 firewalls you reccomend or the updates for windows defender and now adaware.

Since this began my computers performance seems to have become alot more sluggish especially during start up.

Ive done the 8 steps mentioned and i have attached the files accordingly.

Any help is much appricated.
