Google redirect problem, and more

I got hit pretty good. I got infected with something last night, and since then my google searches get redirected, my computer will not let me connect with any forums that are obviously connected with fixing this problem, and my wallpaper got changed without the ability to change it back. I was able to fix the wallpaper part, but the rest is killing me! I ran a hijakthis scan, but it won't even let me attach it to this post. Please help!

If you have another pc or a friend that will lend you his pc and put your HDD in the other pc and do a virus scan and repot on what it finds if anything and virus database MUST be updated before you stick the HDD in.
