Hi, I downloaded a file and my Norton Virus Protection detected it and deleted the files and said it's clear now. Something is wrong because I cannot open a lot of programs and my google gets redirected and lastly my internet explorer randomly opens with pop-ups and I never use IE. Please help. I did most of the 8 steps excluding the Super Antivirus program because after I downloaded it, it wouldn't open like lots of other programs. I also could not update my Java. I attached the files I could. I really would appreciate any help ASAP. Thanks!
