Google redirects - Can't run Malwarebytes or install superanti

  1. Hey all,

Pretty common problem it seems. Google redirecting search links. I've run Ccleaner as per the 8 steps however I'm having difficulty with both Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware.

Malwarebytes installs without a problem but when I try to run the program nothing happens.
SuperAntiSpyware errors out when I try to run the install.

I've tried both of these in safemode to no avail.

I havent run Hijack this yet. Wasnt sure if I should do it without running the mal and spyware programs.

Both Windows defender and firewall are turned off at startup now also.

Appreciate any help.. would really like to not have to reformat my system.

Btw I'm running Vista on a Vaio laptop if thats of any importance.

    Cheers.

    I've updated my Java also.

You need to give more specific information. If you're getting error messages, what are they?
