Inactive Google search engine keeps redirecting me to an ad

Please help, i have already downloaded and run malware and it found 1 virus that it deleted but google search still redirects me to ads when i click on the link,what else can i do?please help i have windows 7,thanks!

thanks for the help, ok i did step one from the 6 steps and that did not find any viruses.
now step 2 i downloaded malaware and here are the results of the log.
