Google search results redirected

Hello.
Since last two weeks or so I am facing this problem while browsing through google. Everytime I search something the top most search result is another search engine "webrelevantsearch.com". The next three search results redirect to most commonly another searh portal "youfindmore". And sometimes "searchforfind". This has become a nuisance because everytime I have to copy the original link and paste it in the address bar.
Can sombody help me?

I did all the 8 steps. I have attached the logs.
Another problem I face is that everytime I turn on my computer I have to restore my active desktop.

Well seeming you had a "crack" file removed in your scan logs
Most support helpers probably don't want to provide their free service

If it were my computer with all that stuff starting up, Id probably format and load Windows clean again ;)

Do that.

Sorry for the delay- there are more people with problems than there are helpers. We are all volunteers and do what we can.

And you are likely not going to like my answer. You are using pirated software:
C:\Movies\Adobe Acrobat 8\Crack\keygen.exe
E:\PROGRAM SETUPS\[ MULTIMEDIA ]\TOTAL RECORDER\WORKING CRACK\TOTAL.RECORDER.4.X.GENERIC.CRACK-CHECKSUM_BAD.EXE

It also appears you are using pirated operating system:
E:\Program Setups\Original Microsoft\Windows Validation\XPKey.exe

"I'm sorry, but we do not support piracy. Due to the fact that your Superantispyware logfile clearly shows you have at least one known crack/keygen, we will not help you.
This is the main reason your computer is infected. Visiting cracksites/warezsites - and other questionable/illegal sites is always a risk.

Even a single click on the site can drop multiple forms of very serious malware, many of which disable your onboard protection, and System Restore.

If you install the cracked software, you are running executable files from these dubious, unknown sources. You are in effect giving these sources access to information on your hard disk, and potential control over the operation of your computer.
