Google searches redirect alternate webpages

Hi all. Thanks for any help in advance. I am being redirected to many random sites when I click on a link from a google search. I have completed the 8-step virus removal guide. I have not been using an anti-virus program, so I downloaded Avira and it found some stuff so I attached the log. I have previously been using both Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and SuperAntiSpyware so the most recent scans found no infected files (so I did not attach the logs). My Hijackthis log is also attached. Any help would be very wonderful!

You probably have a simple browser hijacker... So all your scans show clean? Update XP to SP3 by using the "custom" Windows Update option, selecting all the hardware and recommended updates. You are using IE8 with SP2, this tells me you never apply Windows Updates properly
