Google searches redirected

  1. High to all out there, new to the forum hope to find help here.

I am having trouble with some type of virus that is redirecting all searches done on any search engines (i.e. google, yahoo). The links for the searches display correct addresses, but are redirected when you click on them. I have also been unable to run any type of virus removal software (spybot, malwarebytes, etc..) since this problem started. Additionally I have been unable to use system restore. It opens and gives you dates to chose from, but after selecting a date when you click next it simply does nothing. I have done a highjackthis scan and will attach acopy of that here. Thanks for any possible help you could provide.

    Hello

Go to add/remove programs in controlpanel, and remove, if present:
    Seekmo
    ShoppingReport
    Zango
    Napster
    WeatherBug
    AWS

    Reboot the computer.

If you can run the steps in this guide, please do:

    8-step Viruses/Spyware/Malware Preliminary Removal Instructions

    Post attached log´s from:

    Malwarebyte
    Superantispyware
    Hijackthis

    In your next reply

    Thanks for your response "Touch"

The infected computer is at the office... so I will perform your suggested actions
next time I am there (probably Monday morning 03.30.09) and respond back after
doing so. Thanks for your help.
