Got hit with spyware/trojan!!!

First time infected in a LOOOONG time. I downloaded something I shouldn't have and now I've got a trojan and pop-ups. I ran avg anti-virus and anti-spyware in safe mode and it "fixed" everything until this morning when the pop-ups reappeared.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
