GPU fan repair

So, I noticed when gaming my computer would give of a permanent marker type smell, I thought maybe it was just getting hot, but as the smell got stronger I decided to see what was up, my friend told me to check the fans, and low and behold, a fan had stopped moving. (Pretty sure it's a GPU fan but not positive.) So I dust it out, because there was a ton of dust in it. And now it refuses to spin. help? I have pictures of the affected fan,it's the one of the bottom right.

Yeah that's a GPU fan, did you build the system yourself or was it premade? Check if it's still under warranty because if it is RMAing it will be easiest.

Checking if under warranty now. I bought it from centaurus computers.
Yea, if you cannot RMA it with who you bought it from, the best thing I can suggest is to RMA it with Gigabyte as they have at least a 2 year warranty on it after that. Taking apart the fan shroud is not to difficult, but finding a fan that matches is a bit of a challenge at times so you can check ebay for one but I would only do it as a last resort.
