Graphics card gone?

My dad wiped his computer a month ago and i just decided to play a game on it so i went to systemrequirements lab and found a game i liked i checked the reqs and it said that the could not determine my video card requirements so i was confused because the computer had a graphics card. I start to investing gate coming up to find out that the graphic card was gone like it never existed it was ATI Mobility Radeon X300 (M22) and my windows is xp service pack 2 atm am not sure if it was that before.

What can i do to correct this error?
