Graphics Nightmare!

System starts to boot up. Abit logo apears along with little square boxes of fine lines all over the screen. As it continues it stops at a screen asking things like, continue, start windows normal mode, ect. but there are lots of little square pink boxes with /l in them, some backwards E looking symbols flashing on and off and last of all some upsidedown green exclamination points. Every thing is hard to read because of the mentioned stuff all over the screen. No matter what i select system reboots and repeats. Graphics card is a evga e-GeForce 7800 gt (Full Throttle Graphics) card.
