    I have a writeup on testing and choosing a DNS, but the forum noted is locked down.

    Can I get perms to add the topic or can I submit it for admin approval?

    Absolutely. It's locked so it doesn't get cluttered (said another way, it's locked so solid guides get the attention they deserve). Feel free to create a new thread anywhere (Storage and Networking, for instance) and then link it here or PM me. I'll move it. :)
