Not that the guides are bad or anything, but they are very outdated.
For buying guides like, "Building an affordable AM2 Gaming System" for example. Which states that an AMD Athlon 64 3800+ is 115$, which was correct at the time, but it it is now under 40$ and for the same price as today you could now get a AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ instead.
If someone were to be reading that guide presently those prices are out of date and you can now make a much better system for 600$ then that one.
If someone could update these guides I'm sure they would become more useful. I would be glad to help as well ;D
