h91746.exe virus keeps comming back

I have alot of popups and i keep getting disconnected from the internet and when i try to reconnect it says the modem is in use by another program. im not sure what to uncheck in the hijackthis. I keped scanning with adaware and avg but the same thing keepes comming back and I i have to rescan everytime. please any help would be awsome. here is my hijackthis log.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

You aren`t using any antivirus or firewall software. You should get some ASAP. I know you said you keep scanning with AVG, but It`s not running on your system, like it`s supposed to be. Google for the free Zonealarm, or the free Kerio firewall programmes.

Go HERE and follow the instructions exactly.

Post a fresh HJT log as an attachment into this thread, only after doing the above.
