Happy Birthday Archean

Happy Birthday Arch..!. Yeah, it's belated, agreed. But, to the upside, it's one day less late than it was last year...:D

(Although this was a leap year, so it might be the same amount late, and it could be that the same day is numbered different)...

Thanks guys, it is, had a little b'day party at 12:01am, and you guys are spot on this year it is still 8th of December :p. Although at 41, I noticed that some 'grey' hair have started to show up, and some of them in fact have taken 'leave of absence for no apparent reasons', not that I feel that old ;).

December 8th, right? It's only 1.5 hours into December 8th where I am, so Happy Birthday.

Oh right, that just happened today, huh?

Not exactly, happening for few months now. My father is 72 and he have more hair than me :(.

Super, the morning after Pearl Harbor Day, that I'll remember.

Or a day after US/China declared war on Japan (if my memory serves me right).

However, I'll remember it for another reason, for no apparent reason my S3 crashed every few minutes yesterday, so as a last resort I super-wiped internal memory, and reinstalled stock JB ROM (the same one it was running before) and so far it has crashed only once, which is some sort of success, considering the *censored* android is.

Um, that's because male pattern baldness comes from the mother's side of the family. My, (40-ish), son suffers from it also. His maternal grandfather is pretty bald, but ostensibly the gene traveled from granny through his mom. (The baldness conjuring witch from hell).

Since I suffer from it too, my son blames me instead of grandmom. I can only deduce that must be part of her spell.

. It was either declare war on Japan, or spread the other cheek. They left us no choice.:(

So a day become memorable for you because your cell phone crashes? Well, I can safely predict that will never become the holiday that Pearl Harbor Day has....

Not the crashes, but due to them I couldn't take pictures of my daughter, and the good old Olympus digital camera I have wasn't at hand.

On the hair, no one is bald on my mother's or father's side of family, oh well, couldn't complain about something I can't 'cure' unless I go that hair transplant route, not the kind of thing I'd like  .

Anyway guys I'm very grateful for your wishes and kindness, have fun, hopefully we'll be around next year to keep things going here. :)

With the full realization the topic of male pattern baldness is about as pleasant as a fart in an iron lung, I'll go forward with it anyway. Sorry to be a downer, or in this case a "party pooper"..:(

But, here's the topic of inheritance of pattern baldness, as put forth by WebMD: http://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-...s/20050527/blame-male-pattern-baldness-on-mom

A quick search using "Male pattern baldness hereditary" yields days worth of reading on the subject. Although I freely admit, "worth reading" is a very broad generalization on my part, and a very subjective one as well.:D Even ignoring those facts, it's off topic as well. So, sorry about that, Arch.

Thanks for the info, which increased my knowledge on this topic. Anyway what is going to happen will happen so why worry :)

On the other hand, now I can understand why people pay so much to get those hair transplants and then spend half of their time taking care of them :D
