Hard drive slows down

By BiggyFry

  1. hello.. i've been using an 250gb Sata hard drive.. for about 10months now...never had any problems... . i keep it clean with virus scans etc... and within the past couple of days i've notice that when i try to install new software or copy and paste items on my hard drive... its been taking twice as long for it to load everything up.....

So i started to use my small hard drive 60gb as a primary to see if its my processor.... and everything runs smooth like its suppose to be.... can anyone figure out my problem... so i m able to use my 250gb hard drive again...

Perhaps reset your page file, run a defrag and let something along the lines of CCleaner trash your cache.
