Rick Posts: 4,512 +66 Staff Nov 24, 2006 #2 It's unmounted for a reason, probably because Windows cannot read the partition (Often the result of a damaged file system). Start > Run > diskmgmt.msc will give you more power to investigate, including the ability to remount / assign drive letters to your volume.
