Have I reformatted right?

    Hi all got toshiba satelite L350-12N and on vista but formatted to win7 home premium after custom install went to add photos back on after 1 folder it was full up on c drive still showing vista so went back to format but this time deleted partition bit then installed now space there but still shows at like vista folders also i thought after i would need to go get drivers etc but so far everything is working .. have i done format right ?

    Begin the Windows 7 install again and delete ALL the partitions shown, and let the Windows 7 install continue
