I have installed software. when i install it, it works fine. but if i have to shut down my laptop i get the following error when i try to use the program: windows cannot access the specfied device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item.

    its drivng me crazy.

it takes a long time to reinstall, and i don't know what is going on.

Sounds like a defective or worn out hard drive. Tell us more about your system, brand and model with components

    And the hard drive is?
    And was built when?
And has had little use, or significant use?
