Have Virus Need Help

Recently i got a virus, downloaded malwarebytes, removed it but it keeps coming back. I tried combofix, it deleted some files and the log which I dont know how to read. The virus came back again and now cant leave my computer on for more than 5 minutes untill it shuts down itself. Can anyone help me please.

theres just one problem, i'm not sure i can do it from that computer because last i used it, my internet wouldn't start and my computer would be shut down. Dont know exactly what to do, say maybe connect the hardrive to this computer and post the combox log and others from this computer. Dont know if thats possible. Please let me know how to go further.
