Having lot of BSODs last week

Hi everyone.
First, I wanna say sorry for my bad English. I hope you understand what I'm saying:/
Well, problem is that I'm getting lot's of BSODs. Sometimes it happens 3 times a day, sometimes none a day. First days BSODs says about IRQ_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL. Now it says about PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA. The Event Viewer reports fallowing bugcheck:
0x10000050 (0xfffffff6, 0x00000000, 0x80550211, 0x00000000).
I think, that problem might by with software, but I don't remember what software changes (such as installing or uninstalling something) I've done before BSODs began.
I've attached my minidumps files and I hope someone could tell me what causes these BSODs.
O, almost forgot to mansion my system:
MB: ASRock P4V88 (5 PCI, 1 AGP, 4 DDR DIMM, Audio, LAN)
BIOS: AMI (10/28/04)
CPU: Intel Pentium 4, 3000 MHz (15 x 200)
Video: RADEON 9600 SERIES (128 MB)
HDD: SAMSUNG SP1604N (160 GB, 7200 RPM, Ultra-ATA/133)
FS: NTFS
RAM: 512 MB
OS: Windows XP Pro SP2

Thanks in advance ;)

A fair few of your dumps refer to file system errors, the most common causes of that are faulty ram and faulty hard drive.

Google and get memtest and run it for 7 passes, if you get any errors at all then the ram is suspect.

Hi,

Mini122606-01.dmp has one bit memory corruption and it is the symptom of faulty ram. Reseat the memory module to another memory slot and clean the dust inside the memory slot may fix the problem. Otherwise you have to diagnostic which memory module is bad.

Thanx, Rik & cpc2004.
I think, I'll bring my PC to warranty and they change RAMs if the are faulty. And I would ask to add extra case cooler, because temperatures are too high:
CPU - ~72C
HDD - ~42C
:/
