Having trouble connecting to some websites

I'm using windows 10, google chrome, and on wifi.

So I'm trying to connect to some sites and I get this message: http://imgur.com/a/tcwY7

A lot of websites work, but only some specific ones aren't loading. My friend can connect to the sites so I think it's on my end.

I've tried changing the DNS to google's, restarting chrome, checking chromes proxy settings, restarting the computer, and checked my firewalls.

I've tried pinging rpgamers.net on CMD and get a request timed out at the start. Pinging google works fine for me.

I also can't connect to those sites on my phone using wifi, but when I switch to data those websites work fine for me.

I can ping your .net site fine.
Try a cmd prompt using TRACERT RPGAMERS.NET - - it should look something like (but different addresses)
