HD failed and no current website backup

Just was wondering if there is anything that I can do.
My website which is not very good but has evolved over a number of years giving details about my construction company. I use serif webplus x4 and uploaded quite a lot of pictures and slideshows recently.

My Hard drive died and I formatted the disk containing my last save in error. Anyway I have tried to re-download the site through the serif interface but dont get all the pages and links dont work and neither does the slideshows.

I have the details of the FTP address and folder, is there anyway to completely re-download it and then upload through my Webplus editing program.

Hope this makes sense as I just dont want to start from scratch.
