  1. Hey! I'm looking at two specs here, one with normal HDD with 7200 rpm and one HDD with SSD cache of 8 GB with 5400 rpm. WHich is better??

    I would prefer SSD. SSD is more durable, faster, lighter, and quieter.
    SSD use less power at peak load than hard drives, less than 2W vs. 6W for an HDD.
    But of course, SSD is more expensive as you know.
    So if money is not too tight, you can get a SSD.
