    Well i would like to know if a helio ocean
    uses chip for a line or does it use a difrent
    form because i want to get one for Costa Rica
    and use I.C.E or if Helio reaches here then i
    would use that but i doubt it reaches here so
    if anyone could help me find a way to get a
    helio in costa rica i would :Dapreciate it
