Help, blurry images

When i open internet explorer, all the images are blurry - why? It gives me the option that "shift+R" improves the quality, but only for each individual picture which i'm finding extremely inconvienient and slightly tedious...

Surely, there must be a way to resolve this? Help! Anyone?

Also.. I've tried reading through previous posts of this nature but i just don't understand!

If it helps... My internet connection is T-Mobile wireless broadband dongle-ma-jingy!

As you can probably tell, i'm not very good at this sort of thing so, a geek with maximum patience would be greatly appreciated

'You can set the image compression using T-Mobile Communication Center. Options->Configuration->Connections->UMTS/GPRS->Properties->Applications->Speedmanager Plus->Settings There should be a nice drop down box, select whetever you want from that. I’d recommend keeping compression on GPRS though.'
