Help can I upgrade a Dell Studio 1555 processor?

Also would I need to buy a new cooling system or fan?
If I do then can any of you recomend 1.

You can upgrade the CPU but it's not going to be as simple as doing it in a desktop PC or upgrading RAM. You've got to take the laptop apart in a lot of cases and possibly remove the motherboard. fan should come with it if you get the retail version.
