I recently (yesterday/today) am having problems with all my Google searches being redirected when I click the links. I don't have any trouble when I type in or copy and paste site addresses.
I thought I could go through the steps to clean my computer and create the logs I needed, but I can't even seem to do that right.
The first step, "disable real time monitoring" don't know if I have any so I tried the link and get "unable to connect" error screen.
I did download the ccleaner and a current version of AVG and each took off a whole mess of "stuff" (for lack of a better word), but still the redirect issues.
Also, several of the other links are not working for me either. Clicked just to check, not to try to do the steps out of order.
Could someone please help! I am not the most computer literate person, but I should be able to follow directions.
