help can't get rid of Win32 Trojan-Gen {Other}*!

    Help can someone help me i have used avast to try and delete this thing and it won't delete it every time i delete it, it pops back every 10 seconds or so and i have tried everything sysclean, trojan hunter and killbox its in the msdirect.sys file.
