Help Can't Stop Pop ups tried everything i know!!!!!

Hi, I am new to this board and would greatly appreciate if I could receive some help. I am getting pop-ups like crazy and have tried using: Spy-bot, Ad-aware, Spy-sweeper, and anti-virus with no success.
I tried deleting some generic registry items that were associated with the pop-ups but that also did not work.I have downloaded "hijack this" and I am goingto be posting the necessary info to be helped.
If anyone here can offer some advice,

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your system is infected with several nasties. You`re also running an outdated version of HijackThis. I have moved your thread to the correct forum.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.
