Hi I have attempted to run Farbar recovery scan tool but it continues to freeze and I have attempted to install the free version of malwarebytes and it run-time error 372 when I try to run the program. I was able to get a hold of an IT person I work with and they offered to take a look at my netbook he offered some tips but it is something I am not comfortable doing via verbal instructions.

I think I am out of options or least you have done what you can I appreciate it! I will take up the offer of another IT person who can visually see what is happening. Unless you have any other suggestions for me I think we can close this thread.
