Help

Hi all. Can you help with this question.
For some reason there is a file on my desktop that is just suddenly there and is called "dpusys.ini", I have no idea what it is and I cannot delete. It replicates itself when i move it to folders/trash. I dont know whether someone who has been on my pc has created it or maybe virus/spy related??? When I open the file it is a line of weird text in notepad.
I have done a search online and have found others with the same prob but I cant get into the direct thread to find out what it is (I have to filter thru the millions of questions and that is too time consuming)
So please help.
