Help finding a new desk chair

[14 of a hotdog]

I am looking for a new desk chair because bits of plastic are falling out of mine and the pneumatic piston messed up. My budget is 200 max but I would like to go lower. The only requirements are that it will last and have arm rests. What would be my best option?
